Un groupe de 7 hommes, anglais, habitués des grandes régates des caraïbes, vient de nous confirmer son inscription à la Tahiti Pearl Regatta 2008. Gageons que ce seront des concurrents sérieux !!! Mais qui ont aussi envie de découvrir les cultures et les festivités de notre pays...

  Thank you for e-mail. We have booked our yacht a
   large 50ft Benetau. We are currently booking our
   flights  i.e., London -LA -Tahiti- and then a flight
   to another island to pick up the boat .
   May I ask a couple of questions, which are really
   related to expenses.
   How much is a beer or glass of wine ?
   How much is an evening meal  in a decent restaurant?
   Are there any hidden large costs that you think we
   should be aware of ?
   There are seven men , four are batchelors aged 35-45
   so should be fun. We have competed over the last ten
   years in a number of regattas mostly in the Caribbean IE,
    Antigua,Tobago etc . Is there a fun element to Tahiti 
    Pearl Regatta ?
